Reed Seaton
Partner
Reed J. Seaton has been a leader and innovator in the Sports Construction sector for over 40 years. Most recently, Mr. Seaton was the Founder, President, and CEO of Hellas Construction, Inc., the largest vertically integrated sports surfacing and construction company in North America. During his tenure at Hellas, Mr. Seaton developed cutting edge solutions in the artificial turf industry and grew the business from start-up to annual revenue of $625M in 2023. Prior to the launch of Hellas in 2003, Mr. Seaton owned Southwest Track Builders and Southwest Recreational Industries. Under his leadership, these companies reflected his commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability in sports surfacing; efforts he carried onto the products and projects undertaken at Hellas. As CEO, Mr. Seaton partnered with K-12 schools, collegiate and NFL teams, as well as European football clubs to provide the highest quality and safest playing surfaces to athletes both in North America and internationally. Upon his retirement from Hellas, Mr. Seaton has taken an active role in his family office, Seaton Asset Limited Partnership. Additionally, Mr. Seaton is actively building several new ventures based both in Austin, TX and in Europe.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Seaton relocated to Austin in 1981 and launched his first business by age 24. Over the years, he has received multiple honors for entrepreneurship, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1996 and 2018, and has been recognized for his commitment to sustainability and innovation in the industry.
Reed is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys spending time with family and friends on his ranch and many other destinations around the world.

Annika Seaton
Partner
As managing partner of the family office Annika oversees daily operations and evaluates new business opportunities with a focus on market research.
Annika has significant experience across marketing and product development, event management, branding, strategic planning and innovation. She has strong cultural competence working internationally in her past careers. Annika started her career in Utah in a new multi-sports facility as Marketing Coordinator and then moved on to becoming the Marketing Director for Sport Court Inc, in Salt Lake City. She later worked in Germany for Duni GmbH as an International product manager for both retail and commercial products. Moving back to the US in 2004 she was the Marketing Director and part of the start-up team for Hellas Construction Inc, spearheading the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
As a native Swede, Annika initially moved to the US to attend University of Utah as a scholarship athlete and member of the women’s swim team. She holds a BS in Communications and Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations. These days she enjoys visiting Sweden in the summers, skiing in the winter, hunting, and travelling with family & friends

Brennan Millet
Chief Financial Officer
Brennan Millet, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Seaton Asset, overseeing all financial reporting, structuring, and strategy. He partners closely with the firm's leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.Prior to Seaton Asset, Brennan was CFO of an Austin-based private equity firm focused on greenfield investments. He previously spent seven years at Vida Capital as Director of Accounting and International Structuring, following seven years with Postlethwaite & Netterville as an Audit Manager. He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University and is a licensed CPA.

Touhid Ahmed
Vice President, Technology
Touhid Ahmed is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience providing strategic direction in Information Technology across multiple industries. His expertise includes IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, business continuity and disaster recovery planning. He is highly skilled in identity and access management, software development, and database administration, with proven strengths in vendor management, IT budgeting, and network planning. Touhid holds dual master’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration, combining technical excellence with business acumen. Outside of work, he pursues his passions for collecting toy cars, photography, and travel, reflecting his creativity and curiosity.

Kellie Williams
Vice President, Operations
Kellie Williams is the Vice President of Operations at Seaton Asset. In this role, she collaborates closely with the leadership team and all stakeholders to bring the company’s priorities to life while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with our external partners.
Before joining Seaton Asset, Kellie spent five years working alongside Reed J. Seaton at Hellas Construction, Inc., where she managed the executive office. She brings over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, having supported and managed front-office operations for several multi-billion-dollar hedge funds in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. During her time in Greenwich, she also led operations for a single-family office founded by a portfolio manager from a leading multi-strategy hedge fund.
When she's not at work, Kellie enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends, traveling, and discovering great restaurants—whether close to home or halfway around the world.
